Sabina Migliore holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Physics as well as a Master’s in Financial Markets from the University of Geneva.
Trained in asset management at Republic National Bank and HSBC, Sabina Migliore is the General Manager of Arcora Gestion S.A. She has been responsible for advising, portfolio management, and client relations since the company’s inception in 2003.

Serim Ülkümen completed his training at IFAGE alongside his work and holds a Master’s in Financial Markets from the University of Geneva.
Trained at Arcora Gestion S.A., Serim Ülkümen is now the Director and has been responsible for client relations, order execution, and financial market monitoring within the team since 2012.

After training with various private banks, Félix Israël notably served as Deputy General Manager of UOB/UEB and then as Deputy General Manager and member of the Private Banking Executive Committee at BNP Paribas Switzerland for about ten years.
With significant expertise in the banking sector, Félix Israël joined the Arcora Gestion S.A. team as Director in 2010 to continue advising and managing his clients’ assets.

Annie Raccah studied quantitative economics and econometrics at the University of Geneva.
Specialized in investment and wealth management for nearly 30 years, Annie began her career at various private banks before focusing on bond management. She then co-founded a company specializing in bond research and management, where she worked for over 14 years. In 2024, she joined Arcora Gestion S.A. as Director and Bond Analyst.
CIO – Chief Investment Officer
Pierre Martin graduated from ESCP Europe in France and holds the CFA charter.
His career began at Credit Suisse in Luxembourg as a portfolio manager in 1999. Pierre then worked as a fund manager at DWS Investments in Frankfurt from 2001 to 2011, where he became head of the natural resources sector. Since 2016, he has served as CIO for several independent asset managers/multi-family offices, overseeing asset allocation. In 2024, he joined Arcora Gestion S.A. as Chief Investment Officer (CIO).
Senior Client Advisor
Anna Lake holds a master’s degree in humanities from the University of Geneva.
Trained at several major Swiss private banks, she specializes in Eastern European markets. She is fluent in Russian and has 10 years of experience as Director of a Family Office in Geneva, serving UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) private clients. In 2024, she joined Arcora Gestion S.A. as a Senior Client Advisor.

Since 2010, Emmanuelle Barbat has been responsible for the overall administrative aspects of the company, including accounting and risk support, as well as client support for Mr. Félix Israël.

Avner Sakkal served as Head of the Foreign Exchange Department and a member of the executive management at Republic National Bank and HSBC.
External Head of Risk and Compliance
Laurent Bellières is a Swiss certified public accountant with master’s degrees in economics (HEC) and political science.
He has extensive professional experience in the Swiss financial sector, having worked as a bank auditor for 11 years and as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) overseeing risk and compliance functions at two banks for 14 years. Since 2022, he has been providing risk, compliance, and finance services as an independent consultant.

Joëlle Kalomeni is fluent in five languages and has worked for over 30 years in a company involved in international trading of natural fiber products and polypropylene packaging.
In 2019, Joëlle joined us as Administrator and Chairwoman.

Geneviève Berclaz is a lawyer with a law degree from the University of Geneva.
Geneviève is an experienced professional in identifying and managing regulatory risk. She has gained nearly 25 years of experience and knowledge working with the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), the Federal Finance Administration, and as an auditor and consultant. Geneviève has served as a board member for several banks and financial intermediaries. In 2017, she joined Arcora Gestion S.A. as a Board Member.

Anne Waldburger Berthenet is a lawyer with a law degree and a business administration degree (HEC).
Anne was the head of the compliance department at a major bank. Currently, she is a managing partner at Compliance Angels SARL, where she specializes in regulatory matters, compliance, governance, and proper organization for financial intermediaries. In 2023, she joined Arcora Gestion S.A. as a Board Member.
ARCORA is authorised as an asset manager by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), supervised by AOOS (national supervisory body) and is a member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers (SAAM). Affiliated with OFS – Ombud Finance Switzerland.
